Session Records Review:
Why, When, and Where
 

The Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) requires presbyteries to review session minutes and records at least once each year (G-11.0103x).  This includes the Church Register. 

Offered at the same time as some of the record review events will be a Treasurer’s Workshop. Please contact Forbes Baker, Director of Business Affairs and Finance for more information.

Pre-registration is required through Janice Schessler at 713-526-2585 ext. 210, or jschessler@pbyofnewcovenant.org.  Plan to bring all session minutes since those last reviewed, including a copy of the page bearing the stamp indicating the last review, your Minutes check Sheet, and your Church Register.
