REV. MIKE COLE - GENERAL PRESBYTER

As General Presbyter, Mike serves as pastor to the pastors and congregations in New Covenant Presbytery. He is leader, administrator, and interpreter of the mission, vision, and goals of the presbytery. He supports and prays for and with congregations, pastors, professionals and for the elected leadership of the Presbytery.

Mike was elected by the Presbytery in February 2008 to an indefinite term as New Covenant's General Presbyter, after completing a 5-year contract as General Presbyter of the Presbytery.

Mike graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Economics and completed his theological education at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 1975. He served as pastor in churches in Wyoming, California, Oregon, and Port Arthur, Texas. Mike and his wife have a son and two granddaughters.
